Excellent support was provided by Mr. Subhasis Bose and his team. I am extremely happy with Hazra Hearing Aid centre.For my 73 yrs old mother, I took two hearing aids for both ears, it was more than two years back. It was done at ultadanga outlet. ... My mother was not very satisfied initially, these two devices were out of warranty also. When Mr. Subhasis Bose got to know about this problem. He immediately called me and we had a very constructive and polite discussion. He has provided all kinds of support to fix this issue at the earliest. Problem is resolved very quickly. I purchased hearing aids for my both ears on 28 Feb 2023, at a very competitive price considering the quality of product. In fact, Mr Subhashish Bose, the Proprietor, helped me to select the right product (RIC with Charger) ... according to my hearing loss pattern.Initially, both the aids were programmed a stage below the required power enabling me to adjust for a month's period. On 3rd April he has re-programmed and since then I am fully comfortable and have not missed any single word or sound. I purchased cic type hearing aid for my spouse , first thing is that if you buying specticals its okay but buying a hearing aid for person below 40 is still filling shy or in other words,we not habitatues of hearing aid. ...
